Food was terrible

Great food. Great people.

It got a 2 because the honey shrimp was decent, everything else was horrible! The chicken in their orange chicken was thin and tough like jerky with an off flavor, and even the rangoons were bad... total rip off!!!

Got the general's chicken it was very Bland. Not much flavor at all instead of broccoli they gave me a piece of green pepper not at all flavorful. Very nice people own the place hopefully they get it together better than it is.

Love this restuarant! Good food....friendly service and HUGE portions. You'll definitely need a to-go container.

My husband surprised me with flowers, balloon and dinner for my birthday. The meal was great, service was good and cake delivery awesome! I even received a special gift from waitress - sweet!

Gross. Chicken tastes like fish. Orange chicken tasted like vinegar and bitter. Really nasty. Will never go back

General Tso & Shrimp fried rice were good

Had the small lunch buffet with limited options but it included the most popular Chinese food selections. However, some of the food on the buffet was cold. My husband had to order from the menu because he's vegetarian and they actually made something just for him. Three stars because it's fine for a quick bite but nothing to write home about (or post to social media, the 21st century thereof).

I been coming to this restaurant over 20 years and never encountered a problem. Sure prices go up as their lunch menus is the bargain. I read these recent reviews which are awful. It is the better Chinese restaurant in the area in my opinion.

Got there at closing, she was real nice about it so ordered the Crab Rangoon, they came quickly and were delicious, this is my sister's favorite spot, I know they are always eager to please and the food is good, it's pleasant for eat in or carry out. I'm getting ready to call an order in now.

This is our local Chinese place. Exactly the same as all the other guys. Food is what you expect.

I have been coming here for years. The food is always good and served hot when dining in or through carry out. They same waitresses have been there for years and are always friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. There customer service has always been top notch. Thank you New Canton for serving our community!

Average prices, mongolian beef was good but they burnt the sweet and sour chicken. Was a pretty upseting day after i tipped for a carry out.

The fried chicken portions was delicious .. however, everything else was HORRIBLE! I never had terrible broccoli and shrimp before.

Order carefully and check your meal carefully, definite language barrier. Ordered shrimp pad Thai, received shrimp pan fried noodles. Not even sure how to eat it. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, received the chicken but no sweet and sour sauce. If I didn't live 45 minutes away I would have returned it, instead I'm settling for a bad review.I called to let them know and hoped they would provide me a credit but the only offer they would give me was to trade the pan fried noodles for pad Thai and give me the missing sauce. Yeah, they wanted the noodles back.

The food is consistently well prepared and delightful, staff members gives excellent customer service. I loved how neat it is and mood. Highly recommended.

You get your money's worth if you are a big eater and go for lunch and get the "all you can eat deal"

Awesome house fried rice and egg rolls!

We go here often and the food is usually very good. Tonight has been one of the best! New Years Eve 2017! The chicken Lo Mein, with no veggies for the kids had plenty of chicken and the egg rolls were so crispy and delicious! The service was great and we would recommend New Canton II to all of our friends and family!

This place hands down has the WORST Chinese takeout I have ever eaten. I always order chicken and brocoli and normally it has a brown sauce not here it is some disgusting white congealed sauce that is nasty. I highly recommend any where but here.

the food taste fantastic,but the price for the place are too expensiveim order triple lobster meat,pork,shirimp ,chicken and vegetables all coming but only one shirimp and only one small piece of lobster meat cost plate only $13.00

Just popped in here on a Monday (when most Oriental places are closed... thanks for being opened!) and enjoyed lunch. We ordered 2 lunch specials of Shrimp & Broccoli which came with a choice of 3 different soups. I wanted my soup to go and Jenny had it already for me. Our dish was tasty, prepared per special order, thank you again. Our waitress was Jenny. She was efficient & pleasant. Will visit again. God bless.

Food was very good! Vegetables were fresh,service was great, restaurant was clean. Will eat there again.

Really enjoyed food. Enjoyed BBQ spare ribs, steamed dumplings and general tso chicken.

I never do this but other people need to know what to expect. We were there just a few hours ago as we were traveling through the area.The price was outrageous for the quality food. My boys ordered Orange Chicken and neither could finish it. I tasted it and the chicken was hard and tasteless. The spring roll was absolutely disgusting: Before we made it 90 minutes away, one boy was throwing up outside the vehicle and the second was getting sick. When I called them to let them know what was happening, they said I would have to drive back with a doctor's note to have the entrees credited back. We live close to 200 miles away so that will not be happening but I plan on letting my bank sort that one out for us. My opinion: Go to Taco Bell or McDonalds for better quality.

The food was hot and timely, but the chicken dish had no flavor, the rice was crunchy, and the spring rolls were so greasy they were inedible. I have tried this place a few times over the years as it is close to my house, but I fear I cannot justify giving any more chances. I guess I will continue to drive to get my chinese takeout.

they messed up my order and then they wouldn’t even give me a refund, or let me trade it back. they didn’t even apologize, and the food isn’t that good. Better to go to hong kong. 2mi away

Good lil lunch buffet for 6 dollars and some change. Food is always fresh and there are about 4-5 main dishes to choose from.

Unfortunately the Chinese food I had here was so bad I had to write a review. I ordered Chicken Broccoli here and it was atrocious at times the broccoli was even bitter and the chicken flavorless. You're better off going down a couple of miles to the Chinese restaurant near K-Mart where you can tell the food is more authentic just by stepping in the small familiar space.
